Regional Recruiter

Details: 1. Recruit qualified clinical applicants to work in home care; coordinating recruitment efforts to branch needs in partnership with schedulers/coordinators and Home Care Specialist (sales).2. Determine best recruitment strategy for region, and handles all sourcing activities such as, but not limited to advertisements, job fairs, reactivation campaigns, and referral programs.3. Use networking and online sourcing, in addition to traditional sourcing methods, to identify potential candidates.4. Employ effective customer service and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and present the Company as an employer of choice.5. Conduct follow-up with applicants and potential candidates to stay abreast of continued interest in employment opportunities.6. Handle entire recruitment process using the Company?s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to appropriately track recruitment activity and ensure accurate recruitment data and reports (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.,) send to management.7. Other duties as assigned by management.8. Must be able to travel as required for business purposes.
