Recruiter responsibilities include: Source and recruit highly qualified candidates using techniques including but not limited to market research, job boards, cold calling ,referrals and networking events. Conduct interview discovery and evaluation of recruited accounting/finance professionals Analyze requirements and consult with hiring managers and internal Recruiters to facilitate the hiring of recruited candidates for openings including but not limited to reference checks, salary negotiations, job transition and career coaching. Maintain relationships with placed as well as prospective candidates Proactively develop business opportunities for our services to new and existing client companies by regular phone and in-person contact with potential and existing hiring mangers, establish and understand client's requests, negotiate terms and facilitate potential hiring solutions. Assist in building our market presence by identification and participation in networking organizations and events. Provide superior customer service to both clients and candidates.
