Based out of Enerpac’s headquarters in Menomonee Falls, WI, he/she will act as a single point of contact for all HR services within the business and between the business and the Industrial Segment HR Leader and Corporate-based centers of expertise (COEs). Key Responsibilities:Reports to the Enerpac President and serves on the Business Unit’s Leadership Team. Develops and executes Human Resources initiatives aligned with the Business Unit goals to drive business growth.Counsels the Leadership Team regarding organization, selection and development of Leadership Team members.Implement and sustain Actuant/Industrial Segment/Enerpac Human Resources strategies, programs and initiatives to attract, develop and retain the best resources.Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the Business Unit strategies and strong business relationships with the leadership team.Develop a strong participatory engagement culture within the Business UnitImprove the overall quality and capability of the organization to deliver its strategic plan by driving Actuant's Performance Culture.Support the development and implementation of recognition programsIdentify and participate in LEAD initiatives.Serve as the coach and resource to the global Business’s employeesMeasure and diagnose quality of results deliveredComplete all regulatory and reporting activities required of a unit of a public companyProvide counsel to functional Leaders on all human resources-related legal issues.Coordinate and manage the responses to employee issues. Seek Segment/corporate / legal advice as appropriateDesign and implement personal development and performance improvement programs for Business Unit personnelRespond to unplanned business and employee events and emergenciesDevelop and implement risk mitigation processesAssist with defining and recruiting for open Enerpac positions.Lead the Performance Management and Talent Planning Review processes, facilitating robust performance reviews and talent pipeline management.Facilitate merit-based rewards, including base compensation and the CMM bonus programPartner with Segment Leaders and Corporate Centers of Expertise to create and implement solutions to achieve Business Unit goals and strategic objectives.Leverage HR infrastructure where possible inherent within Business Unit, Segment, and  Corporate entities..Organizational design and implementation.Acquisition due diligence, target company personnel assessment, and integration.
