Details: Department:  Corporate Human ResourcesSchedule:  Full timeShift:  DaysHours:  Job Details:   Under general direction, this position is responsible for the strategic direction, design, development and implementation of employee relations and labor relations strategies. Acts as organizational consultant and collaborates with experts from other disciplines both internal and external to the organization, with regard to best practices for the management of the workforce, benchmark standards for workforce retention and comprehensive analytics to assist all levels of management in decision making strategies, labor relations management, litigation prevention, workforce engagement and retention. Counsels management and employees and assists in achieving conflict resolution. Requires a minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or Business Management. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources and management. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field of employee and labor relations. CB
