Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com. •Work in partnership with Lead HR Generalist for Securities and Banking Operations and Technology (S&B O&T) to develop and implement human resources processes and programs including but not limited to: performance management, organizational development, talent management, learning and development, advancement and the compensation review process. Partner closely with HR Specialist areas e.g. Compensation, Recruiting, Learning and Development-Manage day-to-day operational assistance on human resources matters. Consult with managers on performance issues (including terminations, grievances, etc.), policy interpretation, staffing plans etc.. Counsel employees on various topics (grievances, terminations, etc.) while maintaining employer advocacy role-Manage ad-hoc requests and projects such as: HR related transactions (terminations, leaves, new hires, internal transfer), Report generation (headcount, turnover, requisitions, merit, bonus), Immigration (Visa filings, relocations, tracking) and other projects and responsibilities as necessary.-Partner with Lead HR Generalist on annual HR processes including Year End Compensation and Performance Reviews, Talent Management, and Promotions.-Collaborate with HR partners within S&B O&T, across the US, as well as in the Regions who support the business
