Details: Provides administrative, data management, project, and other support to the Director of Compensation and Benefits, and various other HR leaders across EnPro Industries. Coordinates company’s participation in various third-party compensation surveys. Provides general information to EnPro HR leaders and managers on various compensation processes, programs, policies, and procedures. Manages data integration and data change activities associated with ADP and other software applications. Assists in the administration and management of stock compensation programs. Key Responsibilities: Complete annual compensation surveys for the US and assist with the coordination and completion of international surveys with the global HR team. Coordinates the purchase of third-party surveys, subscription renewals, annual maintenance fees, and annual membership dues Provides project management support for various compensation initiatives including meeting planning, distribution of materials, communications, logistics, etc. Create and maintain a global position description data base. Assist the Director and HR leaders to determine compensation levels for new or revised positions and assist with job offers. Maintain a Global Compensation data base. Maintain and update the Employee Global Data Program. Maintain and update the Global Benefits data base. Assist with annual APP/LTIP reporting and recordkeeping. Assist with annual proxy filing, Board of Director updates, etc. Plays a key role in ensuring compensation plans and programs comply with laws and regulations; studies laws and regulations through professional reading, electronic professional websites, and internal counsel; keeps HR staff and managers well informed
