Details: Job Classification: Direct Hire Aerotek Commercial Staffing is looking for a On Premise Recruiter (OPR) to recruit and manage contractors for one of their local clients in Jonestown, PA area. Qualified candidates must be able to work with diverse groups of people within a fast pace manufacturing environment. Knowledge within the manufacturing and production industry is preferable. Flexibility of extended work hours and available for on-call is required based on client needs.The On Premise Recruiter has multiple responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:-Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment-Work in conjunction with the Team to fulfill all open requirements-Perform all necessary contractor screening to ensure the contractors' qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc…)-Maintain a daily call sheet to track contacts-Responsible for obtaining production goals as specified by the On-Premise Manager-Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture-Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolutionMinimum Qualifications:-High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or prior business experience preferred. -1+ years experience with any one or a combination of the following: high volume recruiting, managing a high volume account, or providing on-premise support to a client.Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:-Must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. -Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving and time management skills are essential. -He/she must be PC literate in a Windows environment including, MS Word, Outlook and the Internet. -The On Premise Recruiter must be able to represent Aerotek in a positive manner both internally and externally.
