Details: Summary The Strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor for Diversity Recruitment will deliver comprehensive support and promotion of high-priority, strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives across the Bank. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, diversity recruitment and pipelining, process development, tracking and reporting, presentation delivery, training and auditing for team compliance. Role and Responsibility Interface to relevant parties within Talent Acquisition, Diversity and PEM to develop strategy related to diversity recruitment, redeployment program, career mobility, employee referral program and similar strategic Talent Acquisition priorities Develop and implement processes relevant to strategic initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function in the US, establishing clear compliance benchmarks Monitor processes following rollout, solicit and incorporate feedback for process enhancement Maintain performance tracking related to strategic initiatives; identify areas for improvement based on data Assist in the establishment of channel partnerships with third parties relevant to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives and monitor performance against pre-established metrics. Act as primary relationship manager with partners on behalf of Talent Acquisition Provide high-touch service for employees eligible for redeployment services, ensuring contact within agreed time-frames and marketing across Talent Acquisition team as appropriate Support career mobility initiatives and provide additional layer of “touch" for internal applicants Enhance employee referral experience for candidate and referee, focusing on improved communication Develop and manage process for special-handle recruits and employee referral candidates including those sourced through ENGs Provide training and guidance to Talent Advisors on strategies and best practices relating to Talent Acquisition priorities Act as “clearinghouse" for candidates sourced in accordance with strategic talent acquisition priorities and market across Talent Acquisition team as appropriate Prepare and deliver high-level status updates related to strategic priorities for senior HR stakeholders
