The position is responsible for supporting the HR infrastructure for functional areas such as managing data information systems and processes, including data around: talent management, recruiting, compensation, payroll, training and compliance. Provides support of the HRIS system to maximize use of the system by our customers and increase the efficiency of Delaware Hospice’s HR business processes. This is a non-exempt position.
