The position is located in our Chicago (Mokena) office.Responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of a 40+ person pension operations department including quality and quantity of work produced Assessing and developing staff, developing, implementing and monitoring internal systems, policies and procedures to assure operations are in compliance with client needs, new developments, regulations and reporting requirements Interfacing directly with client and fund professionals on pension related issues and changes in benefit plans Maintaining communications and effective working relationships with client and fund professionals.
