The Human Resources Manager will support the company and its employees while ensure alignment to the Company mission and ethics. We are seeking an energetic individual who is organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work with a diverse team. Experience in senior level management is required.  A successful candidate will be a highly motivated self starter who is able to succeed in a high-pressure environment with frequently changing priorities and robust growth.    Key responsibilities  Develop and administer Human Resource programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company Successful track record of managing HR Departments, design and deploy HR Strategies in a high growth environment Accountable for completion of quarterly and annual HR Department Reports and Budget Knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as, job descriptions, salary, hires, performance appraisals, employee benefits Advise and train managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Analyze training needs to design employee development and retention programs Implement and utilize HR metrics to measure employee performance Facilitate New Hire Orientation which includes the completion of new hire paperwork, company overview, appropriate workplace behavior, safety awareness, benefits and 401k enrollment Supply the first line of communications for all employee relations; maintain and support positive employee moral Maintain and update contact database, prepare correspondence and administer business and personal files Full cycle recruitment including marketing/advertising, interviewing, hiring and processing new hire paperwork Complete Unemployment, Child Support Claims, and Workers Comp Claims Coordinate company social events
