Human Resources Administrator

Details: Bachelors degree is preferred 1-2 years experience is required Experience is required Meditech POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Administrator executes and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.  As the HR team member critically responsible for HR data and reporting, the Administrator supports the diverse issues and employee-driven programs on which HR Directors and Advisors collaborate with employees, supervisors and managers.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •        Offers the highest standards of customer service to HR Directors, Sr. HR Advisors and HR Advisors, as well as their client managers, supervisors and employees. •        Provides human resources information by compiling and maintaining reports.  Frequent use of HRIS required to provide the most current employee information. Prepares reports for use by Advisors who are coaching/advising clients. •        Assists in the recruitment of employees as needed.  Supports HR Advisors recruitment and sourcing efforts by liaising between HR and other departments, as well as outside vendors/agencies. •        Creates and maintains employee records and/or files. •        Conducts new employee orientations and enrollments for human resources programs, plans and benefits. •        Assists in benefit communications by answering employee questions and directing employees to Steward carriers.  Also assists with other periodic communications. •        Performs periodic audits of HR programs to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. •        Executes any employee-related enrollments, transfers, or deletions in records or HR programs.  Coordinates and processes employee change notices, as well as ensuring necessary payroll changes are reflected.  •        Maintains and reports HR metrics as directed by HR Director. •        Participates on special projects as requested by HR leadership or HR Advisors. •        Collaborates with HR Advisors on delivering training programs. •        Researches compliance with regulatory agency requirements and provides input to HR Advisors regarding these requirements. •        Ensures that human resources policies, procedures and programs are being met, and makes recommendations for improvement when needed. •        Seeks out professional development opportunities and continually upgrades HR technical expertise. •        Performs other duties as assigned by the HR Director and Vice President.   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: •        Strong customer-service orientation. •        Solid communication and interpersonal skills.  •        MANDATORY - Prior experience working with HRIS, and other computer databases, word processing and spreadsheet programs. •        Must possess strong organizing and prioritizing skills. •        Ability to self motivate, while working as part of an HR team, and handle multiple priorities within specific deadlines.   EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE/TECHNICAL/OTHER:                I.      Education:  Bachelor’s Degree               II.      Experience: 1-2 years of HR Administrator experience              III.      Certification/Licensure:               IV.      Software/Hardware: MS Office Suite; Kronos preferred              V.      Other:
