Details: Company InformationOur client that has been established for over 30 years, publicly traded on the NYSE for over 20 years generated over two billion dollars of annual revenue and has continually been an industry leader year after year. Supporting a number of industries (semiconductor, electronics, medical device, defense, aerospace) they specialize in unique and complex projects that there customers demand. Facilities’ worldwide including several in the Bay Area our client is looking to increase their technical teams to meet their customers increasing demands. We work directly with Directors and Managers to know exactly what skill sets are needed, the hiring process, understanding of the environment and the ability to provide quick feedback. Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of HR Generalist. Working for a manufacturing facility, reporting to the General Manager on-site and the Director of HR, which resides in a different State the candidate must be able to multi-task and be a self-starter. Successful candidates will demonstrate past experiences in taking ownership of projects, programs, insuring policies, CA compliance regulations are being executed while up holding outstanding employee relations. HR Generalists will be working closely with various departments to include engineering, quality, operations and production to execute projects. HR professionals must be aware this is a fast pace manufacturing environment, the expectations that candidates must learn quickly to support projects independently. Job Requirements Highly prefer degree Human Resources or other related Business degrees, years of experience in the industry without a degree will be considered. Minimum 5 years of professional level HR experience, 3 of which must be in a Generalist capacity. Experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal. Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication at all levels of the organization Strong proficiency with all MS Office tools HRIS experience (ADP preferred) PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
