Job Description:-The Diversity Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to attract and recruit diverse talent for Citi's ICG and Global Functions-Able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and attract passive, diverse candidates at all levels by utilizing advanced recruiting techniques-Maintain and track contact with potential candidates, develop metrics to measure the recruitment process and impact of recruitment strategies-Manage cross business Citi participation in diversity conferences and events-Cultivate, coordinate and manage Citi's relationship with diversity organizations-Partner with Citi diversity partners and businesses to develop diversity recruiting strategy-Work closely with the Recruiting team and businesses to increase participation in diversity networking and recruiting events-Responsibilities include a global component; able to engage candidates from other regions; lead mobility efforts across regions by working with regional Recruiting and HR partners-Leverage Affirmative Action goals and develop a strategy to increase diverse representation at various levelsProfile:-The Diversity Recruiting Manager will be a technical subject matter expert within their team, with a proven track record of talent acquisition and transformational leadership-Is a thought-leader and change agent who will lead through collaboration and partnership with other Recruiters on the Executive Recruiting Team-Established Recruiting lead for Senior Business Leaders and HR Executives, who speaks their language and understands the business strategy and how HR/Recruiting supports their strategy
