Details: A Director of Corporate Recruitment position is open at leading healthcare staffing firm, American Traveler. We place nursing and allied healthcare professionals, on short term contracts throughout the United States. We are seeking dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.The Corporate Recruitment Director will be responsible for developing relationships through social networks, job boards, resume harvesting, direct recruitment calls, and utilizing leading edge tools to develop and attract the best sales and support talent to help our organization achieve its objectives. Duties include but are not limited to:  Management of the entire recruiting life-cycle: sourcing resumes / candidates, conducting phone and in person interviews, scheduling, tracking and reporting on candidate and interview data Expert use of social media sources, resume harvesting and parsing, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates Management of the offer process Negotiation of salary and oversight of contractual and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting Responsibility for hiring all sales, marketing, administrative, operational, and key positions as directed Nurture relationships with prospective talent, develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire Retention of a qualified and diverse candidate pool at all times Assistance with the development and implementation of staffing strategies Interface and strengthen relationships with internal management team to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely fashion Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas Propose and participate in ongoing best practices and improvements to our current recruitment efforts Coordinate and partner with selected education institutions and universities Continually develop senior level relationships within assigned business groups to uncover needs and to develop customized recruiting strategies Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive Other responsibilities as directed.
