Must have a high capacity for learning agility. ResponsibilitiesLiaison for business integration support and coordination with our clients, leadership team, associates, peer IT teams and suppliers/vendorsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsSeek to understand and document business requirements and map them into IT requirements and provide solution options for considerationProvide direction and oversight of leveraged resources (e.g. contractors, vendors and IT) assigned to specific projects or daily activitiesOwnership, coordination and tracking of escalations end-to-end with IT and vendors. Ultimately responsible for bringing closure to the issue and conveying solution to the stakeholdersWork with stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are provided in a timely, efficient and effective mannerResponsible for developing project plans (and working with Project Management Office [PMO] as necessary) for tracking tasks, assignments and project status reportingAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentContributes ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement services and solutionsExperience in documenting improvement proposals (processes/tools/services), creation of business cases and ability to present content to various audiencesEffective listening and strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated time management skillsFlexibility, multi-tasking and willingness to adjust work schedule based on business needsOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in MIS or IT related fieldExperience in End User Computing, Middleware, Infrastructure and Networking preferredExperience in End User Computing, Middleware, Infrastructure and Networking preferredEqual Opportunity EmployerThe Ascension Health Ministry Service Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
