Details: Classification:  Personnel/H.R. Supervisor/Mgr Compensation:  DOE A finance company near Torrance, CA is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter. The Bilingual Mandarin Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter must have a minimum of 3+ years experience working in a generalist and recruiter role. The Bilingual Mandarin Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter must have a solid understanding of operational management of domestic health and welfare benefit programs, 401K plans, Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), employee claims, work place regulations, and other employee relations. The Bilingual Mandarin Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter will help employees register into benefit plans, and serves as the primary contact for employee relations. Recruiting duties include internal and external posting of open positions, screening candidates to ensure they meet company hiring standards, and preparing offer letters. Additional responsibilities may include overseeing applicant tracking and conducting recruiting analysis. The Bilingual Mandarin Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter may also assist with other HR departments. The Bilingual Mandarin Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter must have strong communication, computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Language requirements: Bilingual Mandarin/English speaking is fine; writing/reading Mandarin is NOT required.
