Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Details: Classification:  Administrative - Medical Compensation:  DOE HR Generalist needed for will local Manufacturing Company! Candidate will be an experienced who possesses high energy, excellent analytical and communication skills. General Responsibilities include administration of all HR matters, recruiting of new employees, developing department goals, objectives, and policies,coordinating with employees and management in regards to employee relations,labor laws and administering of employee satisfaction surveys and follow up. Qualifications include excellent organizational and follow up skills advanced Word, Excel and Power Point abilities, minimum of 3 years in a related position, experience in a Manufacturing environment and candidates must have a BA degree in HR or a related field. Bilingual Spanish required for consideration, this is a full time to full time position.
