Details: Summary: This position reports to the Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager and receives direction and guidance from both the Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager and the Director of Benefits. This position conducts and/or assists in analytical projects and studies for the delivery of relevant and meaningful statistical, operational and administrative information in support of management analysis and decision making processes. Responsible for system-wide Human Resources analytics related to HR metrics, workforce analytics tools and reporting, and benefits research, analytics tools and reporting. Will manage multiple data exchanges from incoming data feeds and data collection from internal and external sources.
