The successful candidate will provide support for various aspects of the compensation function for ACS, including annual salary planning, incentive compensation design and administration, recognition programs, as well as employment cost planning. This position will also be responsible for various levels of HR reporting, requiring data analysis and compilation.Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, ACS, the Compensation Manager will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation plans within ACS.
