HR Operations Service Center Representative

Representatives deliver high quality customer service, providing first line contact for associates seeking help with HR processes and transactions. Service Center Representatives also provide support and resolution of problems originating from associate dependents, potential new hires, internal/external vendors and associates. The work includes problem identification, accurate documentation, communication, research, escalation or resolution, and tracking. Responsible for daily processing of merit increases, applicant & Manager in Training paperwork, terminations, vacation request and other HRIS activities. Responsibilities:- Verify, process and input transactions dealing with confidential associate information.    - Effectively respond to routine and semi-routine inquiries from associates, managers and vendors regarding various HR services including benefits questions and open enrollment. - Maintain proactive contact with customers to ensure awareness of status until resolution. - Demonstrate strong ability to effectively partner with other HR teams and operations. - Completes routine and semi-routine transactional HR work including scanning documents, sorting mail, employment verifications. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent work experience and education considered. - Minimum 1-2 years experience working in customer service, additional consideration given to professional shared service center experience.- Demonstrated aptitude in problem analysis and in handling confidential information.- Experience providing positive customer service with effective oral and written communication skills; including but not limited to strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and having a keen ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

As an HR leader, models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consults or leads large human resource business process and HRIS projects to achieve business goals or objectives;  ensures high client satisfaction in compliance with established company standards, practices and policies.Assembles and leads multiple interdepartmental and cross functional project teams. Leads discussions and negotiates across multiple functions to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities.Requires minimal direction in handling challenging or complex situations.

Operations Manager

Details: THE POSITION: OPERATIONS MANAGERThe Operations Manager is the representative of the owners to the on-site apartment staff, the third party management companies, attorneys, bookkeepers, accountants, and design professionals as well as local government.
