The On Premise Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the contract employees, the client, and the internal team receive superior administrative, accounting, human resources, and customer support. Details: Responsible for the administration and analysis of assigned Employee Benefit Programs while providing direction and training to employees regarding benefits options and selections. Manages relationships with benefit providers, processes multiple vendors invoices and reconciliations, enrollment activities, eligibility tracking, and timely submission of action items based on defined timelines. As the HR team member critically responsible for HR data and reporting, the Administrator supports the diverse issues and employee-driven programs on which HR Directors and Advisors collaborate with employees, supervisors and managers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Offers the highest standards of customer service to HR Directors, Sr. HR Advisors and HR Advisors, as well as their client managers, supervisors and employees. • Provides human resources information by compiling and maintaining reports. Prepares reports for use by Advisors who are coaching/advising clients. • Assists in the recruitment of employees as needed. Coordinates and processes employee change notices, as well as ensuring necessary payroll changes are reflected. • Maintains and reports HR metrics as directed by HR Director. • Participates on special projects as requested by HR leadership or HR Advisors. • Collaborates with HR Advisors on delivering training programs. • Researches compliance with regulatory agency requirements and provides input to HR Advisors regarding these requirements. • Ensures that human resources policies, procedures and programs are being met, and makes recommendations for improvement when needed. • Seeks out professional development opportunities and continually upgrades HR technical expertise. • Performs other duties as assigned by the HR Director and Vice President.
