Director, Human Resources

Details: Note:  Please read the complete description below before applying for this job.  Complete DescriptionSummary:Responsible for organizing, directing, and integrating the delivery of a comprehensive Human Resources program.  Ensures that all programs are in compliance with State and Federal regulations, achieve goals/objectives, and are in concert with the strategic plans and mission of the System.  Providing leadership and direction of HR operations to include management of labor contracts and negotiations, and all other Human Resources functions.Education and experience:Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's preferred.  Seven years of progressively more responsible experience in Healthcare Human Resources related field with strong background in labor negotiations required.Affiliation with human resource related professional organizations. SHRM certification at the PHR or SPHR level required.Provena Health is committed to diversity.
