Senior HR Generalist

We deliver customer service that is unparalleled in the Real Estate industry.The HR Generalist is directly responsible for personnel administration and communications, Benefits administration, Payroll administration and HRIS tasks, Payroll accounting and audits, job descriptions, corrective action administration and termination review, unemployment, union matters and communications, exit interviews, report generation and other tasks assigned by the HR Director. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced customer service oriented environment, strong Labor Relations experience, be highly proficient in working with ADP payroll and have experience with processing new hires. Good analytical and numeric reasoning skills are required. PHR certification, ABRA knowledge, prior Real Estate and union experience strongly preferred. ***Must have strong experience with unions/labor relations, employee relations and grievances.*** Qualified applicants should also have knowledge of HR laws (including federal and state), possess strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication (both written/verbal) skills, have the ability to interface with associates and management at all levels and handle confidential issues and information with discretion.
